Fred Again.. recently announced that he is once again adding to his ever-increasing number USB project. He announced this with a giant banner that read: “USB002, 10 weeks, 10 songs, 10 cities” and also captioned his social media post: “this is us for the next 77 days.”
New songs started to come out. Last week, he teamed up with Amyl And The Sniffers on “You’re A Star.” This week’s dispatch drops today (October 10), and this time he’s teaming up with Danny Brown, Beam, and Parisi on “OGdub.”
Fred teased some of the new songs during live performances, like his recent performance on a fan’s rooftop, which took place right after a show. Fred explained, “After a show, I never really know what to do. Like, you go from being full of adrenaline and all of a sudden you’re alone or basically alone. A lot of times I just play songs that I’m working on and play my keyboard to try out ideas and try to calm down and stuff, because I don’t really get to be social very often. So when I saw Fedde commenting on a post that he had a roof over the show, I thought: wow, this could be like my dream after.”
