EXCLUSIVE: Sky acquired A24 and Peacock’s Friday, the 13^the series, Crystalline Lakeand will release it next year. The deal covers the UK and Ireland and will see the series shown on Sky and its streaming service, Now.

Crystalline Lake is the first project of Friday, the 13^the franchise since Marcus Nispen’s 2009 reboot film, which was the twelfth film overall. The first seminal horror film was released in 1980.

The series stars Linda Cardellini (Dead to me, no good deed), who plays the iconic Pamela Voorhees from Friday, the 13^the franchise. Also starring are William Catlett (Thousand and One, Constellation), Devin Kessler (Godfather of Harlem), Cameron Scoggins (Shades of Blue, Nashville) and Gwendolyn Sundstrom.

The plot is expected to follow Cardellini’s Voorhees as a mother who gave up her singing career to raise a son with special needs and is turned upside down when she loses her son.

Callum Vinson (Chucky, Long and Bright River), Nick Cordileone (Warrior), Alegria Suprano (Fleishman is in trouble, best step forward), Danielle Kotch (Director’s cut) and Phoenix Parnevik (Bel-Air, don’t tell mom) will be recurring guests.

Michael Lennox (Don’t say anything, Derry girls), directing duo Celine Held and Logan George (Upper side, Caddo Lake) and Quyen Tran (Sirens, The Pitt) will direct several episodes. Lennox will also serve as executive producer.

Crystalline Lake comes from showrunner, writer and executive producer Brad Caleb Kane (This: Welcome to Derry), which joins A24 and original Friday the 13th^the writer Victor Miller and Horror Inc. in bringing the story to the screen. Other executive producers are A24, Marc Toberoff, Victor Miller, Robert M. Barsamian, Robert P. Barsamian, Stuart Manashil, Tyson Bidner, Michael Lennox.

The deal with A24 was negotiated by Katie Keenan, Group Acquisitions Director, Sky UK and Europe, and Facundo Bailez, Head of Acquisitions.

Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas and Anupama Parameswaran starrer Kishkindhapuri was released in theaters on September 12, 2025. After its theatrical run, the film is now set to release on OTT screens.

When and where to watch Kishkindhapuri

Kishkindhapuri is set to start streaming on the OTT platform ZEE5 from October 17, 2025, at 6 pm. After its online premiere, the film will also have its television premiere on ZEE Telugu on October 19, 2025, at 6 pm.

Kishkindhapuri Official Trailer and Plot

Kishkindhapuri follows Raghava and his girlfriend Mythili, who work for a ghost tour company. They take tourists on guided tours of supposedly haunted places. However, these tours are staged, a planned effort to help people face and overcome their fears by showing that there is nothing to fear.

Meanwhile, in the village of Kishkindhapuri, there is an abandoned radio station called Suvarna Maya. Legend has it that it is haunted by the spirit of its first and last announcer, who died on the same day the radio opened. Mysteriously, the station’s owners also suffered horrific deaths inside the building.

Intrigued, Raghava and his group choose Suvarna Maya as their next ghost tour location. Upon arrival, they find the place sealed, with strange rituals being carried out nearby.

Despite warnings, Raghava breaks the seals and enters the building with his team. Unbeknownst to them, a spirit enters alongside them. What follows is a chilling story of horror and survival as the group’s fate unfolds inside the haunted radio station.

Kishkindhapuri features Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead roles. Apart from them, the film featured Sandy Master, Tanikella Bharani, Hyper Aadi, Srikanth Iyengar, Makarand Deshpande, Prema and many others in important roles.

Directed and written by Koushik Pegallapati, the film was produced by Sahu Garapati. The music tracks were composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj, with Chinmay Salaskar handling the photography. Additionally, Niranjan Devaramane served as editor.

Another Bravo personality is in trouble with the law.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ and other celebrity gossip outlets, The Real Housewives of Potomac star Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie Osefo have been arrested for fraud.

A grand jury indicted the reality TV star on insurance fraud, conspiracy insurance fraud and false statement to the police officer on Thursday, October 9, based on these documents.

As it stands, Osefo faces 16 charges, including seven felonies and one misdemeanor for making false statements to a police officer.

Meanwhile, his spouse faces 18 charges, including nine felonies for allegedly providing false information in excess of $300, according to court records.

The couple was charged Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland.

Authorities allege the semi-famous couple reported a burglary in April last year, claiming they found their room ransacked after returning from a trip to Jamaica.

The fact is that Wendy ended up being seen in a social media post wearing exactly the diamond ring that she had reported stolen to the police. Oops!

Additionally, an investigation determined that a number of items the Osefos said were stolen were purchased and then returned to the store “where a full refund was provided prior to the alleged theft.”

Documents indicate the couple claimed a $450,000 personal property loss from an insurance company.

The stars share children Karter, 11, Kruz, 9, and Kamrynn, 5.

News of her arrest comes just over a month after Real Housewives of Potomac co-star Karen Huger was released from prison early on September 2 after serving six months in prison following a guilty verdict for a March 2024 car crash and DUI arrest near Bethesda, Maryland.

A night out turned into tragedy in South Carolina after gunfire erupted in a crowded bar, leaving 4 dead and at least 20 injured.

According to authorities, the shooting began late Saturday night and early Sunday at Willie’s Bar & Grill on St. Helena Island, where hundreds of people were gathered. When first responders arrived, they found a large, chaotic crowd and several victims with gunshot wounds.

 

Authorities say four victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while four others are fighting for their lives in critical condition at the hospital.

Witnesses told investigators that when the shooting began, terrified customers ran for cover, with several fleeing to nearby businesses and homes to escape the gunfire.

 

It remains unclear what sparked the shooting or whether anyone was taken into custody. The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation is ongoing as detectives work to identify the suspect(s).

Em sua essência, O Reino funciona como um drama hospitalar com um toque sobrenaturalmas uma sensação surreal de horror e pavor está presente por toda parte. Há também um uso consistente de humor negro, o que empurra ainda mais O Reino em um estranho híbrido de terror e novela que é diferente de 99% de outros programas de terror disponíveis para assistir.

‘Dentro No. 9’ (2014–2024)

O série de antologia Dentro do nº 9 nem sempre apresenta uma história de terror, mas aquelas que apresentam se tornarão favoritas instantaneamente. Criado por Reece Tosquiador e Steve Pemberton de A Liga dos Cavalheiros fama, Dentro do nº 9 oferece contos de comédia negra distorcida. Shearsmith e Pemberton assumem vários personagens em cada episódio, com cada história normalmente terminando em finais memoráveis.

Shearsmith e Pemberton são muito bons em combinar terror e comédiae qualquer pessoa que não esteja familiarizada com seu trabalho deverá encontrar tudo isso. Enquanto A Liga dos Cavalheiros é uma diversão mórbida e excêntrica, e o terror/comédia de duas temporadas Psicoville é brilhantemente estranho, Dentro do nº 9 apresenta excelente redação com o mais amplo apelo ao público. Quer sejam histórias de terror sobrenatural ou thrillers tensos de assassinato, quase todos os episódios farão você gritar “O quê?” antes de assistir novamente.

‘Mariana’ (2019)
