To hold fans back, the producer Jason Blum appeared at Las Vegas’ CinemaCon in April 2025 – wearing an animatronic serial killer costume no less – to debut the trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2. But the Blumhouse panel at New York Comic Con had even more exciting surprises! And fans can look forward to the return of its original star for the second film: Josh Hutcherson.

Compared to the first film, FNAF 2 there are many more scares and horrors, as can be seen in the teaser. Josh’s character, Mike, is busy protecting everyone around him from the terror of Freddy Fazbear’s killer animatronics.
